Paying for your holiday
We accept a range of payment options for your holiday including credit cards, debit cards, cheques or cash.
Credit card charges
Please be aware that credit card transactions on balance payments are subject to an administrative fee which will be detailed on your confirmation. This is a charge made by the credit card company to us to accept your payment. We would like to assist you in ensuring that you do not incur these additional charges by taking payment by debit card (e.g. Maestro) cash or cheque which will not be subject to an additional charge.
Operator Terms & Conditions
Your holiday and reservations are held under the terms and conditions of the operator/operators through which your reservation(s) are made and it is your responsibility to be aware of the said terms & conditions. Staff will be able to supply the terms and conditions upon your request. As per the terms and conditions, operators demand that the balance is paid to them no later than (approx) 65 days prior to the departure of your holiday. This must be strictly adhered to and is outside the boundaries of Cruise Connections to alter the 'balance due' date, this being regardless of ‘Gift List’ purchases.
