  • Cruise Itinerary

    Day 1

    Rome (Civitavecchia)

Civitavecchia was settled in 108 A.D. by the Emperor Trajan and has since served faithfully as a gateway to the capital of the Empire—Rome. Once the center of the Ancient World from which emperors ruled over nearly all of western civilization, Rome is still a cultural mecca. Stroll the ancient halls of the Colosseum or gaze upon the ceilings of the Sistine Chapel.

    Day 2

    Sicily (Messina)

Located in northeastern Sicily, on the slopes of the Peloritani Mountains, Messina is an ancient place with a fascinating history. Walk by the ruins of the Santa Maria Alemanna church, built in 1220 by the Teutonic Knights. You'll also want to see the Duomo, a Romanesque and Norman cathedral that includes a display of artifacts in its treasury.

    Day 3

    Valletta

In addition to a number of significant works of art, this town is known for the many fortifications built by the Knights of Malta, who for years helped care for European pilgrims and crusaders en reoute to and from the Holy Land.

    Day 4

    At sea

    Day 5

    Argostoli

The capital and "heart" of the Greek Island of Kefalonia, Argostoli is a modern town with a traditional soul. Although devastated by a major earthquake in 1953, the city has been largely rebuilt, and there are still many places of myth and legend to explore. With its stunning display of stalactites and stalagmites, the famous Drogati Cave and underground Melissani Lake routinely top must-see lists. There’s also the vibrant central square, Plateia Valianou, with its many bars, restaurants and tavernas, and the picturesque Lithostroto, a pedestrian-only cobblestoned shopping street. Explore the Archaeological Museum of Kefalonia, which houses collections from Mycenaean, Hellenistic and Roman times, or the Library of Argostoli, which features 50,000 books and manuscripts, some very rare and dating back to the 16th century. And nearby the library is the theater of Kefalos, considered one of the best theaters in Greece.

    Day 6

    Dubrovnik

Established 1,300 years ago on the far southern tip of the Dalmatian Coast, this city once rivaled Venice in terms of its importance. Take a walking tour to the Dominican Monastery and marvel at the finest collection of Renaissance paintings, including a painting by Titian.

    Day 7

    Zadar

Located on the Dalmatian coast of the Adriatic Sea, Zadar is a Roman-era city with a modern and youthful vibe. Stroll along its beautiful tree-lined promenade. Start at The Sea Organ, an art installation consisting of 35 pipes cut into the promenade. Soothing chords become a cacophony when the waves are choppy, creating an unpredictable concert orchestrated by the sea. Classical sights include the Roman forum, of which only a few columns and an altar remain. Stones from here were used to build the neighboring rotunda of 9th-century St. Donat's Church. The church of St. Simeon contains a beautifully crafted silver reliquary, while more can be seen in the Gold and Silver of Zadar exhibition at St. Mary's church. There are also dozens of nearby islands for exploring and national parks where you’ll enjoy lakes, waterfalls, mountains and secluded wilderness.

    Day 8

    Venice

One of the world’s most beautiful cities also happens to be one of its most unusual. Venice is actually spread over 120 islands in the Adriatic Sea. Because the city is connected by canals instead of streets, a good way to see Venice is on a romantic gondola ride. The epicenter of the city is St.Mark’s Square, where you’ll find the 900-year-old St. Mark’s Basilica.

  • Infinity

A sumptuous, world-class meal. A theatrical extravaganza reminiscent of the best on Broadway. Cocktails in a piano bar at midnight. Breakfast overlooking the sea at sunrise. Each and every one is a reality on Celebrity Infinity. A member of the Millennium Class of ships, Celebrity Infinity is steeped with prestige and elegance. Dressed in polished marble, warm woods and etched glass, Celebrity Infinity consistently makes a long-lasting, premium impression. Expansive staterooms, specialty restaurants and one of the most rejuvenating spa facilities at sea are just some of the indulgences you'll find onboard.
